Summer To-Do/Preseason
1. Complete the Summer Athletic Participation Form before being in the gym. Ask Coach if you need one.
2. Share Player Medical Info & Emergency Contact with Coach.
3. Get your CHSAA Physical this Summer. You will need it before you can tryout
4. SchoolPay Athletic Fee and Orange Cards: Available starting July 1st! You will need this to be eligible to try out and play for the season.
Team Communications
Request Access to team communications on the TeamSnap App by either scanning the QR code or linking off to the request form.
Once you submit basic info on parents and players, you will receive an email inviting you to join “RMHS-Girls Volleyball.”
TeamSnap is the hub of all things Rocky Volleyball. The motherload of knowing. All communications will be sent by TeamSnap with chats and emails so be sure to update your notifications so you don’t miss anything after downloading the app! Other team highlights and promotions will be shared by Instagram (@RMHS.volleyball)
Fundraising: Each year we have opportunities to partner with the Booster Club to provide team equipment, meals, pre-season camps, banquet, and resources. Each player is expected to commit to one fundraising event during the summer.
● Breeze Thru Car Wash - August 8-10th at north Loveland location (279 West 64th Street);

Pre-Season Camps -
Conditioning Camp - August 4-6th at Rocky; $60 per player
Open Gyms: Mondays and Thursdays at Rocky
Weights 4:30-5:15pm, then 15 minutes of rest and net setup
Court time 5:30-7:00pm
All preseason workouts are strongly encouraged if you are in town, but not mandatory.
Tryouts - August 11-13 at Rocky
First Practice - August 14th with Fall Parent Meeting to follow.
Outdoor Co-Ed Grass Volleyball: Tuesday Nights at City Park, far northeast corner
Starting June 3rd from 4:30-7:00pm
This is just a weekly night of play and fun, without any organized coaching or drills. It will be open to all current and graduated Rocky players, as well as any local high school players, male or female.
